Terms and Conditions


Buy Rail Parts will only accept returns for non-wood in-stock products. Returns must be approved within 14 days of the delivery and be issued a valid return Id number. Returns must be delivered to our address within 30 days of receiving your product.

Custom orders, built to order products, sale or promotional items, products altered or modified in any way are non returnable.

Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Items returned within the 30 day window will be subject to our inspection and discernment for approval. Items must be in original packaging and the packaging must be in a resaleable condition. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.   


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items damaged upon our inspection can not be refunded.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {}

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please Package your returned item with great care as damaged products can not be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping and lead times

Shipping and Lead times do vary. Estimated lead times are just that; estimated, not gaurenteed. We will in no way be held liable for cost associated with construction delays due to lead times. Once the products leave our dock they are in the hands of the selected currier any shipping delays due to currier malfeasance will not be our responsibility. Cancelation Policy

We can accept cancelations within 48 hours of purchase. If outside the 48 hour window the cancelations can be be subject to a cancelation fee. Canceation Fees are a percentage of the sale price selected at our discretion. This is done to cost associated with wasted material and labor.
