Processing Times
In-stock items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

West Coast (11 States)

Oversized & LTL Freight
Some items require LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight shipping due to size or weight. This includes:
- Handrails 8ft and longer
- Large box newels
- Mitered stair treads
- Bending handrails
LTL shipping is quoted per order. Please contact us or call (610) 443-2250 for a freight quote.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from your account or use our shipment tracking page.
