These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of buyrailparts.com (the "Site") operated by Snyder Stairs LLC d/b/a BuyRailParts ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify specifications without prior notice.

Pricing

• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We make every effort to display accurate pricing. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time your order is placed is the price you will be charged

Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, your sole remedy is to return it per our Returns & Refunds policy.

Placing an Order

Submitting an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

Payment

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via Stripe
• Payment is collected at the time of order placement
• You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method

Order Modifications

If you need to modify an order after it has been placed, contact us as soon as possible at support@buyrailparts.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order enters fulfillment, modifications may not be possible.

• In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days from Whitehall, PA
• Custom and built-to-order items may have longer lead times, as noted on product pages
• Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier

• 14-day return window from delivery (non-wood, in-stock items only)
• 30% restocking fee on approved returns
• 48-hour cancellation window at no charge
• 14 business days to report damage or defects
• Sale and promotional items are final sale

You may create an account to track orders, save addresses, and access order history. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.

All content on this Site — including text, images, product photos, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Snyder Stairs LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our written permission
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
• Scrape, mine, or use automated tools to extract content from the Site

Product images may be used by resellers and contractors for the purpose of reselling our products, provided proper attribution is given.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts

Violations may result in order cancellation, account termination, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Snyder Stairs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for construction delays, project costs, or other damages caused by shipping delays, product availability, or website inaccuracies

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snyder Stairs LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting us directly at support@buyrailparts.com.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., marketplace listings on Etsy, eBay, or Amazon). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party site.

Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Snyder Stairs LLC regarding your use of the Site.
